True Integrity Solutions LLC is tactically seeking journeymen and apprentices for an active project in Ellendale, North Dakota. This is a boots-on-the-ground assignment supporting industrial and data center electrical scopes — conduit, cable tray, feeders, terminations, and equipment installation.
Qualified journeymen should be able to work from prints, hold current credentials, and pass site-specific safety orientation. Apprentices will earn hours under direct journeyman supervision. Travel crews welcome. Onboarding, badging, and payroll logistics are handled by us.
- Journeyman license or equivalent verified experience
- Apprentices welcome — registered or ready to start hours
- Industrial / data center experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and own hand tools
